Medvedev Submits Bill for 6-year Presidential Term

Don't be surprised if you see similar legislation attempted here. Bloomberg has already done this in New York. I don't think Bush will try for another term. Clinton would probably try but it would be a longshot for him. Barack may try to get it done. Perhaps just through an executive order or under martial law provisions.
